Returns Policy

Customers may visit our store to return orders for whatever reason within two weeks of purchase for a store credit. All items must be unopened and in their original condition. 

To initiate a return online, email us at support@rubycinders.com to receive an RMA# and instructions. The subject line should read "Return" along with your order number. We will respond in 24hrs or less with instructions and a shipping label to print. Once we receive the package back and verify the contents are in unopened, we will issue a store credit minus the cost of shipping the return. We will cover the cost of shipping if clothing does not fit you.

For hygienic and safety reasons, there are no returns for bottom underwear even if the tags are still on them. 

If the package has been opened, no returns are available.

In the rare event your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, contact us at support@rubycinders.com to resolve the issue. We will make sure you are satisfied with what ever the issue is. Expect a response from us in 24hrs or less. Replacements, exchanges, store credits, or refunds are the options you may choose for incorrect or damaged orders. 

Products Without A Warranty:

All items that do not have a warranty are inspected to ensure the item is not damaged. If an item does not have a warranty and the package has been opened, unfortunately the it is not returnable.

Products With A Warranty:

For items covered by a manufacturer warranty, contact the manufacturer for issues regarding their warranty. If there are any questions about a manufacturer warranty we can assist you by contacting support@rubycinders.com
