Age Restrictions:
Despite all our products, aside from supplements, are legally sellable to everyone over 13, we have put in place stronger age restrictions on some of the more mature content. In our store items of mature content are relegate to a partitioned section where minors are not allowed in without a parent or guardian. We take the same approach theaters do for Rated R movies. This is not legally required but we want to provide a store where every one is comfortable going in to. Adult who do not wish to see this content simply can avoid the section entirely.
On this site some items on our site have language or subject matter that may not be suitable for children under the age of 17. Like with any where else, parents are responsible for monitoring what their children consume. Parents with content blockers on their devices will already be blocking any content on this site those parents may not want their children seeing.
Items in the Online Sweet Honeymoon and Adult Wellness sections are for adults 18 years of age or older. Our intent is for these items to be gifts for couples within the confines of any marriage. These items are only visible on this site and are not visible inside our physical location. Pick up orders for these items will only be given to adults and an ID will be required for any one looking under the age of 40.
All supplements are for adults only and will require an adult signature when shipped.
Store Credit Returns:
Customers may visit our store to return orders for whatever reason within two weeks of purchase for a store credit. All items must be unopened and in their original condition.
To initiate a return online, email us at support@rubycinders.comto receive an RMA# and instructions. The subject line should read "Return" along with your order number. We will respond in 24hrs or less with instructions and a shipping label to print. Once we receive the package back and verify the contents are in unopened, we will issue a store credit minus the cost of shipping the return.
If the package has been opened, no returns are available.
In the rare event your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, contact us at support@rubycinders.com to resolve the issue. We will make sure you are satisfied with what ever the issue is. Expect a response from us in 24hrs or less. Replacements, exchanges, store credits, or refunds are the options you may choose for incorrect or damaged orders.
Products Without A Warranty:
All items that do not have a warranty are inspected to ensure the item is not damaged. If an item does not have a warranty and the package has been opened, unfortunately the it is not returnable.
Products With A Warranty:
For items covered by a manufacturer warranty, contact the manufacturer for issues regarding their warranty. If there are any questions about a manufacturer warranty we can assist you by contacting support@rubycinders.com
Shipping:
All orders over $100.00 will require a signature. All orders are shipped within 1 business day via UPS or USPS. We offer 2-Day shipping on all orders in the state of Florida and southern Georgia. Otherwise, Ruby Cinders Gifts chooses which carrier depending on cost, speed, availability, and/or applicable laws. Shipments within the Continental U.S. typically take 1-5 business days to arrive. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. Territories may take up to 7 business days.
Order Tracking:
If you set up an account on our site, you may view your orders, check the status of order, track, and/or view/copy the tracking number. When you place an order, you will receive a tracking number to the email address provided when the order is shipped. If you did not set up an account, you may still track your order on the carriers' website with the tracking number we provided.
Order Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the order has not been shipped. Act fast because, in order to get orders to our customers quickly, orders are shipped within 24hrs or less. If you wish to cancel an order that has not been shipped, contact us at support@rubycinders.com. In the subject line, type "Cancel Order" along with your order number. We will cancel and refund your order of it has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, it will be considered a return and the above instructions regarding returns would apply.
